The Workplace Health Scan™ Survey

We suggest beginning by establishing workplace health benchmark data through a survey. As a good triage process this will take a pulse of your organization. The Homewood Human Solutions™ health scan survey is completed by employees to assess employee engagement and workplace support. Quantitative data gathering measurements offer a snapshot of overall workplace culture in the areas of leadership, employee acknowledgement, supervisory support, job clarity, fairness, work-life balance, and social support.

In-depth Organizational Assessments

In-depth Organizational Assessments are a qualitative data gathering measure and include one-on-one employee interviews and/or focus groups with open-ended questions. Information gathering is designed to collect anecdotal and in-depth information about issues, whereas the health scan (above) is designed to collect an overall snapshot of a workgroup. Information gathering can be combined with the health scan to produce a more holistic picture of a workgroup. It can also be used as a follow-up step to a health scan for customers who want increased insight and understanding of health scan results.
