Longer-term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Sustainable Return-to-work Outcomes

This 45-minute presentation by Judith Plotkin, Vice-President of Strategic Growth, Homewood Human SolutionsTM, describes three case studies of successful return-to-work measures including:

  • building a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) component into a return-to-work program;
  • adding an upfront diagnostic assessment to your return-to-work program; and
  • adding a workplace conflict component to your program.
