Homewood Human Solutions™ is a private organization. Homewood Human Solutions™ is the result of a merger between Homewood Employee Health and Human Solutions™ through the acquisition of Human Solutions™ by Homewood Corporation. This took place in July 2010.
Homewood Corporation was purchased by Schlegel Health Care Inc. in December 2010. Homewood Human Solutions™ along with Schlegel Health Care Inc. supports total health for Canadians; in our communities, at work and for older Canadians. Our shared direction is excellence in improving the lives of Canadians. We have strong devotion to research and to serving areas of growing public need.
Schlegel Health Care Inc. is privately held and is the majority shareholder of Homewood Human Solutions™. Members of the Homewood Human Solutions™' executive team also retain shares, and support our leadership position in the area of mental health and addictions treatment.
