The Service Provider Portal acts as a reporting, invoicing and case management tool to support quality service, accountability, and sustainability.
Click here if you, as a Homewood Human Solutions Service Provider, have not registered for or activated your account on this new Portal. Once activated, Service Providers will be able to utilize the key functions in the Provider Portal.
If you are a service provider paid from our Vancouver office and are attempting to actualize session information for a Counselling, Plan Smart, Formal Referral or Substance Abuse Expert case you can access our legacy provider portal. (NOTE: this site will be unavailable after November 30th, 2012).
If you are a service provider paid by either one of our processing locations (Guelph, Montreal or Vancouver) AND are attempting to submit sessions information for a Key Person Advice Line, Crisis Management Services, Fitness to Work Assessment, Psychological Assessment and Treatment Services (PATS) or any other Psychological Assessment service (excluding Substance Abuse Expert Assessment or Treatment services), you need to use our new provider portal.

External Provider – part-time contract counsellor needed
Sorel region
Homewood Human Solutions is seeking registered mental health professionals (psychologists, social workers, career counsellors) to work on a contract basis in the Sorel region. Interested providers must be registered members of their professional association.
Our EFAP providers deliver short-term, solutions-oriented counselling: working with depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, stress management and addictions, and are able to work with individuals and/or couples and families.
Compensation is negotiable and is based on experience. Providers need to be able to work on the computer and with internet, basic skills required.
Your availabilities must blend with your private practice schedules. You will meet our clients at your own office.
We offer extensive administrative support, opportunities to meet and consult with colleagues, and professionally trained staff booking your appointments from our national client services center.
